Makai Poha is a very tasty Gujarati cuisine. Unlike other breakfast cereal cornflakes, these are not ready to eat. Makka poha is usually fried in hot oil so it puffs up, for consumption as a snack.
Corn Poha is a rich source of vitamin A, E,Antioxidants, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron and copper. Fry well, add spices as required and serve this tasty and crunchy snack with tea or otherwise so.
